Delivery Methods and Timing

You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

  • Once payment have made, you should receive an order number that track your shipping status.
  • You should receive your order within the delivery timeframe 3-7 working days for Metro area and 7-14 days for non-Metro areas.
  • Product may be shipped from various facilities and therefore deliveries may perform at different times.
  • Cancellations cannot be made once item has been shipped.
  • Overseas/ International cancellations will be considered prior to orders being shipped.
